The Daniel Boone Native Gardens, located near downtown Boone, N.C., contain an outstanding collection of native trees, shrubs, and wildflowers. More than 200 species of plant varieties provide a progression of blooms throughout the growing season.

Hours and fees

We’re open daily during daylight hours, weather permitting. Stop by to learn from horticulturists and gardeners, who are often at work in the Gardens during the summer.

Make an Entry Donation

Donation $5, ages 16 and up.

Dogs are not permitted, except service animals.
